It was long, long time even. Since the shock Glastonbury 5 months ago, not least in concert to put teeth into a separate on Copacabana Live Earth in Rio de Janeiro and some small groups that make occasions in Guns'n'Roses bars in South America. Then, on arriving Melbourne, when I saw Patrick Wolf was in concert the next day in a small room connected to the east of the city, I jumped at the chance!

First observation: young Australians lovers rock / indie / all this is very stylish to the point of equaling at least what I saw in London. Or maybe just half the audience was English ... But of course none of them could hold a candle to Patrick Wolf, who made his entrance on stage with an outfit of the most eccentric: A very short shorts, a tattered leaves appear above his torso decorated with kinds garlands hung in the back, not forgetting of course his famous red hair for the occasion accompanied by a starry necklace ... In short, quite a show ...
violinist, bassist, drummer and musician accompanying computer engineer, modestly dressed in black, were at least in contrast to their frontman ...

The concert was launched to great effect with Overture, which is also the first song from her latest album. Two songs later, wanting to sit on his stool to play the synth, Patrick Wolf breaks miserably mouth and seemed annoyed by land, exits a " I'm fed up With This shit "(or something) and then leaves the stage while his band continued to play, rather surprised by the events and waiting for him back, before leaving the stage in turn is beginning to ...
s' impatient and ask questions in public, but the friend Patrick finally returns to finish her with joy and good humor, eventually leading to the very The Magic Position Accident & Emergency and before thank the public that had nothing to be disappointed by 1:30 a very good show!

In part one, I discovered Bachelorette , a New Zealander who only makes music bizarre mixture of psychedelic and pop, a bit like Au Revoir Simone (but much worse), and Mist and Sea , the local group of the evening , which makes him in the electro-pop and not really excited me, especially because the songs to review.
